NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA)

NB: This document, as integral part of The Church’s Terms of Service, outlines the relationship between The Church and its Congregation with the external world. These documents, along with The Church’s Constitution, The Code and internal documents, guide our interactions and the governance of our community. By engaging with The Church, individuals acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this document, in addition to any other legal or policy documents provided by The Church.

In a spirit of fellowship and mutual respect, under the watchful eye of the divine presence that binds us, The Church of Nobody extends a hand of trust to each member. This document, not just a formality but a testament to our shared values, outlines our collective commitment to guard the privacy and confidentiality that form the bedrock of our faith and fellowship.

1. Understanding the Terms

1.1. Definition of Confidential Information: Confidential Information doth refer to all non-public information, whether oral, written, electronic, or otherwise, disclosed by The Church of Nobody (hereinafter “The Church”) to its members and Congregation (hereinafter “Fans”). This includeth, but is not limited to, personal confessions, spiritual guidance, member identities, internal discussions, and any proprietary information related to the Church’s operations.

1.2. Definition of Fan: A Fan is any individual who doth support and participate in the activities of The Church, adhere to its beliefs, and commit to maintaining the confidentiality of shared information.

2. Pledge to Each Other

2.1. Non-Disclosure Obligation: Fans agree not to disclose, disseminate, or use any Confidential Information outside the circle of The Church without prior written consent from The Church.

2.2. Safeguarding Information: Fans are required to take all necessary precautions to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

2.3. Permissible Disclosures: Confidential Information may be disclosed if (a) it hath been made public through no breach of this Agreement; (b) it is independently developed without reference to The Church’s Confidential Information; or © disclosure is required by The Code, law or governmental order, provided that the Fan gives prompt notice to The Church to allow it to seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy.

2.4. Mutual Obligation: The Church, along with any of its representatives, doth solemnly vow to uphold the same confidentiality standards, ensuring that all shared information from the Fans remains protected eternally.

2.5. Breach and Consequences: Any breach of confidentiality by a Fan or The Church may result in termination of their association with the other party and other legal remedies to protect the integrity of the Church’s information.

3. The Lifetime of Our Promise

This Agreement and the obligations of confidentiality herein shall remain in effect indefinitely, surviving any termination of the Fan’s association with The Church, and vice versa.

4. Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall apply to all forms of communication and activities of The Church, whether conducted in person, online, or through any other medium.

5. Amendments

Any modifications to this Agreement require the consent of The Church and shall be documented in writing.

By engaging with The Church, each Fan doth reaffirm their understanding and commitment to these principles, honoring the divine presence, Nobody, that watches over us. This document, crafted with love and diligence, seeketh to fortify the sacred bond between The Church of Nobody and its Congregation, ensuring that our shared beliefs and the sanctity of our communal trust remain unbroken.
