Sales and Refund Policy

NB: This document, as integral part of The Church’s Terms of Service, outlines the relationship between The Church and its Congregation with the external world. These documents, along with The Church’s Constitution, The Code and internal documents, guide our interactions and the governance of our community. By engaging with The Church, individuals acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this document, in addition to any other legal or policy documents provided by The Church.

1. Introduction

The Church, in its unwavering commitment to excellence and satisfaction, hereby sets forth the Sales and Refunds Policy governing all transactions conducted through thechurch.party (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). This policy is established to ensure transparency, fairness, and the highest level of satisfaction for all members of The Congregation and other customers.

The Church’s commercial activities are fundamentally guided by the wisdom of Nobody. This wisdom, central to the mission, serves as the primary offering of The Church, emphasizing a dedication to disseminating these teachings.

2. General Policy

The Church stands resolute in the belief that its services and products meet the highest standards of quality. Thus, it is the Church’s policy to offer a full refund to any customer who is not completely satisfied with their purchase, provided that the terms and conditions outlined herein are met.

This policy applies unless otherwise specified in separate agreements related to specific services or goods.

3. Scope

This Sales and Refunds Policy applies to all products and services offered through the Site.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Donations and Contributions: Donations made to The Church are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases where the donor can demonstrate a clear error in the amount or purpose of the donation, The Church may, at its discretion, consider a refund request.

4.2 Digital Content: Refunds for digital content may be requested at any time. The refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees and other costs associated with the purchase and refund.

4.3 Physical Merchandise: Refunds for physical merchandise are available at any time, provided the item is returned in its original condition, with all packaging intact, and the product has not been used. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of The Church.

5. Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to:

  1. Services and products explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  2. Goods that have been personalized or customized according to the customer’s specifications.
  3. Validator services and their commissions once validation has commenced and the service has been rendered.
  4. Services that have been fully performed with the customer’s prior express consent.

6. Refund Process

6.1 Request Submission: Customers seeking a refund may submit a request through any official confessional at any time. The request should include the order number, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

6.2 Review and Approval: Refund requests will be reviewed by The Church’s customer service team. The customer will be notified of the approval or denial of the request within seven (7) business days. If additional information is required, the customer will be contacted promptly.

6.3 Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within thirty (30) days of approval. In cases where the original payment method is not available, an alternative method will be arranged in consultation with the customer.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

  1. Provide accurate information when requesting a refund.
  2. Comply with return instructions for physical merchandise.
  3. Understand that misuse of the refund policy may result in suspension or termination of access to The Church’s services.

8. Amendments

The Church reserves the right to amend this Sales and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
